1. Acceptance of terms
By inviting SnuggleStripezzz to your Discord server, using its commands, or purchasing anything from the Store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the bot or the website.
2. The service
SnuggleStripezzz is a Discord bot providing a role-playing game (hunting, fishing, battling, an in-game economy, and related features) accessible through Discord slash commands, along with this companion website for signing in, viewing commands, and purchasing in-game currency.
3. Accounts & Discord sign-in
Signing in to this website is handled entirely through Discord's OAuth login. We don't collect or store a password of any kind. Your in-game profile is tied to your Discord account ID.
4. Purchases & virtual currency
Coins and gems purchased through the Store are virtual items with no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Purchases are generally final; if something goes wrong with a delivery, contact us on Discord and we'll sort it out.
5. Acceptable use
Don't exploit bugs for personal gain, use automation or self-bots to interact with SnuggleStripezzz, or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to reset progress, revoke currency, or restrict access for accounts that abuse the game.
6. Availability
SnuggleStripezzz is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the bot and website online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and aren't liable for lost progress or currency resulting from downtime, Discord API issues, or bugs.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the bot or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
